Barrocuda is an innovative new award winning design of wheelbarrow that incorporates an automatic safety brake. The brakes on the Barrocuda wheelbarrow are activated by the load on the wheelbarrow and the slope of the surface.

The braking action requires no input from the operator. The Barrocuda wheelbarrow brakes only apply when required such as on downward sloping surfaces.

The inventor of the "Barrocuda" came to our prototyping department with a sketch on a piece of paper. We took that idea, created 3D computer models and photo realistic images.

We then rapid prototyped enough parts for the client to do some test marketing. Following this success, we made the full production moulds for the patented breaking mechanism. Barrocuda is enjoying rapidly expanding sales and already has agencies set up internationally.

Being involved with this project from the concept stage, we know that this product was developed the right way. With the shortest lead-times and minimum cost, this invention has been given every chance of success.
