Asthma is a disorder of the respiratory system whereby the lung tubes meet with episodic or chronic episodes of spasms, making it very hard to breath.

A common treatment is to take a puff from a Ventolin inhalator, however many children find this quite difficult. The Asthma mask is designed specifically for making this task easier.

The world wide market for childhood asthma products is quite substantial and this product is expected to compete well.

The light, flexible, device was manufactured from water clear silicone to reduce the claustrophobic effects on the child.

The contoured design seals on the face with a minimum of pressure. After a few normal breaths through the mask, the child can go back to doing what children do.

After manufacture of the masks they were Gamma sterilized and packaged for sale.

The 3D computer design, production tooling, and sample parts were all completed by our designers. The results, cost and time taken, exceeded the customers expectations.
